How to Fit

Fit OTIMOX in three simple steps

Position

Place OTIMOX over your dog’s head with the hook-and-loop fastening facing upwards.

​

Guide the ear that will remain free through the side opening.

 

The ear you want to protect should sit beneath the mesh panel.

Wrap

Gently wrap the mesh panel around the ear you want to hold in place.

​

Make sure the ear lies flat and is not folded.

​

Then start wrapping OTIMOX around your dog’s head, keeping everything in position.

Adjust

Secure OTIMOX using the hook-and-loop fastening.

​

Adjust it for a stable fit without making it too tight.

​

The protected ear should stay in place while the other remains free.

A good fit keeps the ear securely in place while allowing your dog to move naturally. When you first use OTIMOX, check that it stays in the right position and adjust it if needed.

FITTING TIP

Depending on the shape of your dog’s head and the position of their ears, the fastening can sit on top of the head or underneath it.

To fit OTIMOX this way, start by placing the ear you want to protect inside the mesh panel. Wrap OTIMOX around your dog’s head, guide the other ear through the opening, then secure the fastening.
